Why Concrete Walls?
Precast concrete walls are not only architecturally appealing, they will always outperform and outlast systems consisting of alternatives materials such as wood, plastics, metal, and concrete block. The precast concrete walls arrive at the jobsite ready to install, reducing the need for skilled on-site labor and decreases the footprint needed for construction use and storage.
Precast Concrete walls require less ongoing maintenance which results in a lower total cost over the life cycle of a project. The concrete surface can be coated with an anti-graffiti sealant making paint removal as easy as washing a car. Virtually maintenance free, most precast concrete walls – when manufactured with quality materials and workmanship – will provide a service life in excess of 100 years. Jerry J. Jerry McNeal, President of JBM Solutions, Inc. has been designing precast plants, equipment, and related tooling for over 20 years. He has used a combination of strict manufacturing procedures, quality control parameters, and a constant eye to detail to ensure the highest quality, most durable, and longest lasting walls. Precast Plant Management
Mr. McNeal has managed precast operations in the States of Delaware, Virginia, Maryland, and the Province of Ontario, Canada. As a consultant, Jerry has designed precasting facilities in Canada and the United States. Jerry’s focus on the continuing education and training of employees has paid dividends in the successful completion of almost 30,000,000 square feet of sound wall installations around the world.
Precast Concrete Sound Wall Consulting Services
Jerry set up a precast facility in Hopkins, South Carolina in order to produce 610,000 square feet of sound wall for a high profile project in Columbia, South Carolina. The precast concrete panels feature an Ashlar Stone finish and are fitted between prestressed concrete posts.
As President of JBM Solutions, Inc., Jerry has granted licenses to manufacturers for the rights to produce his trademarked and proprietary absorptive sound wall product – JBM75®. Multiple JBM75® projects have been completed and additional licensees are signing up in order to have the opportunity to bid on and produce this specialty product.
